Grower Survey Question 8
The last question asks whether GIA's Communications Team may contact the business about the improvements they have made. Those who say yes are how GIA finds the case studies that go into the milestone report.
Steps
- 1 Read question 8 out to the grower, or let them read it, and make sure they understand it is about being contacted later.
- 2 Select Yes or No exactly as they answer.
- 3 Select Submit Survey.
What you'll see
A Yes is recorded on the business's own record and puts it on the list your administrator gives to Communications, with the contact name, email and phone. A business that says No never appears on that list.
Important
A Yes is permanent. Answering No on a later visit does not withdraw consent already given, so only select Yes if the grower has actually agreed. If a grower asks to be taken off the list, tell your administrator.
