Your profile and signing out

The Me tab: your details, your figures for the period, changing your password, and what logging out does.

Steps

1 Select Me, the last of the five tabs. Your initials, your name and your job title sit at the top, with a pill beneath reading your state and Active.
2 Check the Contact card, which shows the email and phone number held for you on the platform.
3 Read your figures under This period: Visits logged, Growers assigned, Surveys sent, Response rate and Avg survey score.
4 Read the About your role card if you want the short version of why the visit data matters.
5 To change your password, fill in Current password, New password and Confirm new password under Change Password, then select Update Password.
6 Log Out sits at the very bottom of the tab.

What you'll see

The five figures cover the reporting period and are yours alone. A password change empties the three boxes when it goes through; if it cannot be done the reason appears in red just above the button.

The password is the one you use for the officer portal, so changing it here changes it in both places. The new one needs at least eight characters.
Changing a password goes straight to the platform, so it needs a connection — it is not something you can do in a shed with no signal.
The email and phone on the Contact card cannot be edited here. Ask your administrator if either is wrong.
Response rate is how many of your visits produced a survey answer; Avg survey score is out of five.

Important

Log Out does more than close the app. It clears the phone's whole copy — your growers, your visits, the survey questions and anything still waiting under Pending Upload — and signs the phone out of the platform. Send everything under Pending Upload first, and only log out where you have signal, because signing back in needs a connection and there is nothing usable on the phone until it succeeds.

Good to know

There is no need to log out at the end of a day. The app stays signed in between sessions, which is what lets you open it and start work with no reception. Log Out is for handing the phone to somebody else, or when you are asked to.
