Deactivating a grower
Take a business that is no longer trading out of the working list without losing its history.

Sidebar Growers grower row Deactivate
Steps
- 1 Select Growers in the sidebar and select the grower's row.
- 2 In the detail panel, select Deactivate.
What you'll see
The business drops out of the working grower list and out of officers' lists, but every visit ever recorded against it is preserved and still counts towards the periods it was reported in.
Good to know
There is no way to permanently delete a grower, by design — deleting one would change figures GIA has already reported.
