Reporting
Where each figure goes in the report
Use the number mapping to match a platform figure to its criterion and output row.
Where to find it
Sidebar Reports Number mapping
The Hort Innovation report asks for achievement criteria, output rows and outcome rows. The Number mapping panel on the Reports screen names, for each metric, which criterion and which output row it belongs to.
Steps
- 1 Select Reports in the sidebar and choose the period.
- 2 Work down the Number mapping panel, taking each metric to its place in the template.
- 3 Where a criterion re-quotes a figure used elsewhere, read it once here and use the same number in every place it appears.
- 4 For narrative sentences, take the supporting counts — businesses visited, regional areas, states covered, courses, attendees — from Derived aggregates.
What you'll see
Every criterion that the platform can support is filled from a figure you can point at, and a figure re-quoted in several criteria reads the same in all of them.
Good to know
The mapping tells you where a figure belongs; it does not decide Achieved or Not achieved for you. That judgement stays with the person whose name is on the cover.
