Surveys and consent

Exporting the growers who consented to contact

Produce the list of businesses that agreed to be contacted, in a form Communications can use.

Where to find it

Sidebar Growers Export consenting

Export consenting growers control
Growers › consent export

The last survey question asks whether GIA's Communications Team may contact the business about the improvements they have made. Those who say yes are how GIA finds its case studies.

Steps

  1. 1 Select Growers in the sidebar.
  2. 2 Select Export consenting. The same export is on the Surveys & Reports screen as Export consenting growers.
  3. 3 Open the downloaded file.

To read consent on screen instead, use the All consent filter on the Growers screen — the GIA Consent column reads Accepted or Not yet — or the consent split in the KASA Insights panel on Surveys & Reports.

What you'll see

You get a comma-separated file with the business identifier, the business name, and the primary contact's name, email and phone — everything Communications needs to make the call. A business that answered No never appears on it.

Good to know

The export lists every consenting business, not only those who consented in the active period. Once a business has answered Yes on any visit, it stays on the list.
